How do I know this is a legitimate site?
This site has been active since 1996. Sales of CD’s have been available on-line through this site since 2001.

Is my email and other personal info kept private?
Your personal information is kept secure. Cindy O’Neil won’t sell or distribute your personal infomation to anyone.

Is it safe to order MP3′s, lyrics or other merchandise from this site?
Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted as soon as you click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. We use PayPal’s secure payment system so we don’t even see your account or credit card information.

If something goes wrong with my order who do I contact?
You may contact Cindy O’Neil directly via the form below, Cindy will sort it out for you and email you back.

What if I have a problem downloading music or lyrics?
You can visit Ask.com to get answers to downloading issues. You may also fill out the form below to contact Cindy directly.

Note For Downloads: After completing your purchase you will receive an email containing the link(s) to download your item(s). When you click the product download link, a box will pop up on your screen. Inside the box you will see the following:

Do you want to open or save this file?
Name: NameOfSongYouPurchased.mp3
Type: MP3 Format Sound
From: www.cindyoneil.com

Simply click Save to start downloading the file.

Trouble Shooting for Downloads: Sometimes when clicking the product download link the file just starts downloading automatically without giving you the option to Open or Save the file. When this happens the file will download for a minute or 2 then a box will pop up with this text:
Internet Explorer cannot download from www.cindyoneil.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
If this happens, just close the box with the above message and click the product download link again to start the download properly.

What if my CD gets damaged in the mail?
Cindy will replace the CD you ordered free of charge. Contact her via the form below.

What if I don’t like the CD after I buy it?
Contact Cindy via the form below within 45 days of your order and your money will be refunded.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product(s) ordered. The shipping cost is displayed on the PayPal “Your Shopping Cart” page directly under item prices. For any mp3, pdf or e-book purchases there are no shipping fees.
